Pharmacological Effects | • Diuretic: water decoction at 2 g/kg increased excretion of water and chloride in rabbits • Uterine stimulant: alcohol extract has stimulating effect on uterus in anesthetized rabbits, leading to uterine contraction • Others: stimulating effect on gastrointestinal system and inhibitory effect on cardiovascular system |
