Pharmacological Effects • CNS suppressant: has sedative effect on CNS; in mice, intraperitoneal injection leads to decreased spontaneous physical activities and increased sleeping time induced by phenobarbitals
• General: administration associated with marked antifatigue and antidiuretic effects, and increased resistance to hypoxia
